Lady Gaga debuted a new strain during her opening at this year’s Coachella festival, and it sounds like she’s gunning for a radio smash.

The 31-year-old cocktail autarchic replaced Beyonce as headliner after she was suggested not to perform due to her pregnancy, and treated fans to a hook-laden new singular patrician The Cure.

So what’s it like? After last year’s underappreciated country-inspired manuscript Joanne, it seems like Gaga’s gunning for control over the radio waves with a synth-pop belter.

Alright, we’ll take that.

During the set Gaga rattled by some of her biggest hits, including Just Dance, Telephone, Born This Way and Bad Romance.

You don’t have to wait prolonged for the new lane to recover either, observant mid-set: ‘My new singular The Cure will be on iTunes tonight.’

Lady Gaga’s in work overdrive at the moment, with appearances on Ru Paul’s Drag Race and an manuscript with Metallica in the pipeline.

Along with Gaga, this year’s Coachella is headlined by Radiohead and Kendrick Lamar.
